Zika virus and public health
The Journal of Human Growth and Development increasingly has emerged as a high-impact scientific journal. The access number in our portals has grown and some manuscripts staand out due to the reading record.
In this sense, JHGD, besides dealing with the various issues facing the children and adolescents, is also attentive to the performance of the global health situation.
This is proved with the editorial “Zika virus and public health”, published in the first edition of this year, placing the JHGD as a journal that is watching the news and seeks to enrich the scientific field in health care. In about six months of publication, the manuscript has on average 1,900 accesses.
